what does uncooked mean?
we prepare our food at or below 118° to preserve the enzymes and vitality of the whole plant ingredients.
what is whole food plant-based?
everything on our menu is derived from something you would find in nature in its natural state. everything is kept as close as possible to what nature intended.
is your food gluten-free?
everything we offer is gluten-free!
do I have to reheat the food?
no, the food is intended to be consumed in its natural state, as is!
how long will my food last?
our food is prepared fresh daily, and is intended to be eaten the same day as purchased. due to the nature of our food being unpasteurized and preservative-free, it will last 3 days from the purchase if kept refrigerated.
do you ship?
we are working diligently to find the best way to ship our food, without compromising the quality and freshness of our product. As of now, you can order everything for delivery within a 3-mile radius of our location using our un·cooked app, or website.

can I still build muscle while eating un·cooked?
yes! Uncooked, plant-based food is great fuel for an athlete, as a matter of fact, a lot of superstar athletes are plant-based such as Chris Paul, Novak Djokovic, the Williams sisters, Lewis Hamilton, and many more.
can I bring back my juice bottles for a refund?
we will take all bottles back and upcycle them.
